I am currently serving as the Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Nazareth Hospital, Shillong. I began my career as a psychiatrist in 2007 with Sun-Ker, Shillong, where I gained valuable clinical experience early on. Following that, I joined SRMS Medical College, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, as a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry, serving as an Assistant Professor. I have been working in my current position at Nazareth Hospital since 2012, continuing my commitment to providing quality mental health care and advancing psychiatric services.
