Sushmita Upadhaya

I am an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh. My academic and clinical experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. I work with a diverse population and support individuals experiencing varied emotional, behavioural, and psychological conditions. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate and ethical care, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported. My focus is on empowering clients to understand their emotional experiences, build resilience, and work toward overall mental well-being.
